Description:

She's another in my "Drawing Just To Draw" series, In my excitement after discovering that my drawing skills were better than before, I went on a rampage of drawing just to see how they would look, Drawing just to see if I could do a certain pose now, or a certain look. This was for fun to draw a lot of clothes, buckles, belts. I find the more little things you put on, like belts, etc, the overall picture gains a lot in aesthetics, as long as you don't go overboard and clutter up the drawing. Plus, I don't know about you, but once it's come down to CGing the picture, All those little belts and buckles I drew are driving me crazy. Still, I do like this picture. I like the way her jacket came out, which was, actually, the main reason I drew this picture, moreso than 'just for fun'. I saw a fabulous jacket with a lot of belts on it, although it didn't really look like this, but I grabbed the idea of belts all over the jackets and there it is. Her balance is off, she would be toppling over. I'm working on making sure my drawings have a center of balance. Hey, as long as I know what's wrong with it, I can fix it. Better to be unhappy with a picture and know what's wrong with it than to be happy with a picture and not realize there's so many things wrong. Always room for self-improvement.
