Summer Lovin' Description: I like how the water effect came out. The picture is older, I drew it a few months back so it doesn't really seem to go with the background. I think maybe I'll draw some more in this kind of style, beach and water. The background came about after flipping through a comic style art book and I got inspired to do a background a little...
