Pop Star

Description:

I wanted to draw something sexy and form-fitting. I'm not crazy about the jumpsuit, but I do love the stockings and I absolutely love, love, love how her bra came out. I think the background is nice, I once read someone who said 'whatever you do, DON'T just leave a blank white background!" and I've been trying to keep that in mind. Sometimes it's hard, some backgrounds really just make themselves and mesh with the drawing very well, others I have to fiddle a long time to find something that looks like it belongs with the drawing (and sometimes I can't find one) but I'm determined to keep at it and improve my backgrounds, my anatomy, draw more male characters, etc. Gosh, looking at it again, I really do love her glowing skin and hair. Those came out better than I had hoped. It's nice when things go your way when you draw. I remember when 99% of the stuff I did was never what I saw in my head...but my favorite part is that bra and cleavage! Woo, that does look nice. (I'm so proud of those boobs.)
